1. Data controller
ebsy.ro and EbsyStudio are presented by Enterprise Business Systems, acting as controller for personal data collected directly through this website where it determines the purposes and means of processing.2. Data collected through the workshop form
We may collect your name, company, business email address, optional phone number, the process/area of interest and any information you voluntarily provide in the message. Web infrastructure may also temporarily process limited technical information such as IP address, timestamp and user-agent data in security and server logs.3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Storage and recipients
Workshop requests are stored in ebsy.ro systems before email delivery is attempted, so a request is not lost if the SMTP service is temporarily unavailable. Access to these records is restricted to authorised administrators and Enterprise Business Systems personnel who need the information to handle the enquiry. Service providers supporting hosting, email/SMTP delivery, security or IT support may also process data under applicable contractual obligations. We do not sell workshop-form data.5. International transfers
If a service provider involves processing outside the EEA, transfers will only take place in accordance with Chapter V GDPR, relying on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards where required.6. Retention
Workshop requests stored in the website administration area are scheduled for automatic deletion after 12 months. If an enquiry develops into a commercial or contractual relationship, relevant information transferred to commercial or contractual systems may be retained separately under applicable contractual and statutory schedules. Longer retention may also be required for legal claims or legal obligations.7. Required and optional information
Fields marked * are required to process the request. Phone number and extended message are optional.8. Automated decision-making
The workshop form is not used to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, and it does not automatically create marketing profiles.9. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, consent can be withdrawn for the future.

10. Supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) and to use other remedies available under GDPR.11. Security and updates
